We believe there is an important relationship between the food we eat/ and or feed our animals and their health with far-reaching consequences for the environment, as well as for human societies and economics.
- Organic food is not only good for the planet but also offers ethical choices for consumers for a sustainable future by avoiding the over-use of chemicals and synthetic pesticides.
- Organic meats are produced from animals treated humanely as opposed to conventional/intensive animal farming (raising farm animals in confinement at high stock density, often in barren and unnatural conditions. The practice aims to produce the highest output at the lowest cost. To increase the profit, synthetic hormones, antibiotics and pesticides are used to avoid disease from crowded living conditions.
- Organic food contains more nutrients and taste much better. This food is produced according to certain production standards (i.e. grown without conventional pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, processed without radiation or additives. Farms do not release synthetic pesticides into the environment and therefore support diverse ecosystems, plants, insects and animals. Organic farms also use less energy and produce less waste. Organic eggs must be from free-range hens rather than from battery chickens. Animals may not be fed with growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics.

No by-products, wheat, corn, gluten, soy, artifical flavours, colours, sugars or chemical preservatives or synthesized vitamins are included. All our products are minimally processed, which ensures that the nutrients are available in a form that animals would eat in nature. Over-processing of food often destroys all enzymes and many vitamins.
