Roo Tendons have increased substantially in price, due to the fact that most abattoirs don't want to process them (time/cost of handling).
The abattoirs who do process the Tendons are inclined to export to overseas markets where a premium is paid for Australian roo products.
Many of our customers have asked us to re-stock Roo Tendons and we have managed to secure modest supplies.
